Smile More Often

Author and “coach” Tony Robbins says it’s hard to feel bad when you smile. I’ve tried it, and it works! I think we should all smile and laugh more often. Also, it’s contagious. It’s sort of like the words in that old song, “When you’re smiling the whole world smiles with you.” Not only will you be doing yourself a huge favor, you can spread it to others. Of course, there will be someone who thinks you’re delusional, but that’s why God gave us a middle finger. And it IS possible to flip someone off and smile at the same time.

I couldn’t help but laugh at the ending LoL. This is so true though. I agree with you. If I am not smiling and I am feeling down my fiance laughs and I end up laughing with him some how. Same goes for him. It’s very contagious.

As my fiance says laughter soothes the soul.

Laughter is the best medicine may be trite but it’s true. It’s free requires no fancy clothes gas expenditure etc. It also won’t make me fatter which matters cause I’m tired of buying bigger clothes-sigh. I always say in heaven Godiva will be free and have no calories. And God WILL have a sense of humor about all the times I smiled while giving the finger especially to the CHILDREN tailgaiting me in the area I drive the speed limit after getting a ticket.
